Boiled Crawfish

We have been having a ton of fun with local crawfish this summer.

The season is almost over for these little guys who will go back into hiding until the water warms up again next spring.

Oregon crawfish are bigger and a little cleaner tasting than the ones you find down south.

We are boiling them up in the traditional Louisiana style with potatoes, corn, artichoke hearts and mushrooms.

Get them while they last!
