September's Featured Dish: BBQ Shrimp

We dedicate this month's featured dish to Brett, who's repeated requests for our delicious BBQ Shrimp have prompted us to offer it up as a special all month long.

Unsuspecting Northerners be warned - this dish is not what you may think. There's nothing resembling  traditional bar-b-que sauce anywhere near this plate.

N'awlins BBQ shrimp are jumbo gulf prawns sautéed  in a kicked-up, Worcestershire-spiked butter sauce. We serve these shrimp with heads and tails on - it makes the sauce so much more delicious!

This famous recipe originated at Pascal's Manale, a 100-year-old Creole-Italian eatery located on Napoleon Avenue in New Orleans. Since then, Chef's from The Big Easy and beyond have made this classic their own.  This may sound biased, but we think Chef John's the the best we have ever had!
