November's Dish: Smothered Wing!

This month's special dish is all about warmth and comfort for upcoming winter months.

Chef John starts by braising Draper Valley Chicken wings till they're nice and tender. Next he's whipping up a tasty chicken, onion gravy and serving it all with a seared creamy white grit cake.
