We just got in a heap of beautiful jumbo gulf prawns from Nicky USA for this month's featured dish: DRUNKEN SHRIMP!

The head-on prawns are marinated in Bayern Pilsner before getting sauteed in a kicked-up butter sauce.
So good.

It happens to be the opinion of most folks here that everything is better with beer!
